Job Summary - Responsible to create go-to-market strategies in line with global/regional marketing strategies - Work closely with national product marketing managers and AP regional channel marketing managers to define the best and locally adpated segment marketing strategies. - Responsible to support sales channels to deliver topline and bottom line targets. - Identify end-user insights through value chain and reflect those insights into impactful marketing communication strategies. - Mobilize sales channel team behind the agreed marketing strategies. - Execute the plans and take corrective actions if required. Key Tasks 1. Discuss, define, and deploy strategic marketing plan in close cooperation with national sales channel 2. Defines marketing strategy with a focus on local implementation (e.g. a translation of the global/regional strategies into country specific plans) o Product portfolio selection per channel/segment o Pricing strategy and price setting per channel o Marketing communication strategy and implementation o Mapping trade requirements and address trade needs in marketing strategy 3. - Analyze the business environment (market, consumer, and competition) as input for product portfolio planning 4. - Monitors sales, margin, profit and initiating corrective actions in close cooperation with national sales channel 5. - Develops content for marketing concepts (segment theme) Candidate Profile: - Bachelors degree, MBA preferred. - have experience of developing and executing business to business marketing strategies in a multinational company. - have worked for go-to-market strategy development in the B2B business area for more than 3 years. - Have worked closely with the regional marketing team to develop segment and marketing strategy and communication toolkits - consumer marketing experience on top of strong buiness to business marketing experience would be a plus. - Strategic thinking, good analytical skills, strong problem solving, interpersonal skills, cross functional, cross cultural skills. - Get-things-done and goal oriented attitude. - Good English communication skills in written and verbal |
