[Purpose of Job/Function]
Solve general IT issues in areas like software, network, security, ERP, VPN connections etc. Our customers are located mainly in EMEA at the LG Electronics subsidiaries. In this position you will work closely with our system specialists of the European IT Center and our Head Quarters in Korea.

IT Helpdesk Representative is an exciting role that offers opportunities for individuals that are driven, highly-motivated, and eager to learn and requires the ability for multi tasking. Good communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to be successful in this role.

[Tasks and Responsibilities ]
- Day to day IT support of all our customers in LGE subsidiaries and branch offices in EMEA by telephone and online tools.
- Transfer customer calls or online requests to appropriate system specialists.
- Share knowledge and inform customers about latest issues.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using proper internal procedures and company software.

[Person Profile]
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a helpdesk environment.
- Good problem solving skills and service minded.
- Outstanding communication skills with people from multiple nations.
- Excellent listening and analytical skills.
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Bachelor¡¯s Degree, related to IT area preferred.
