1. Job Description.
Product Planning. - Market analysis including macro economy and car market. - Analysis of competitors'' products and sales & marketing strategies. - Management of Product/engine line-up and portfolio. - Long-term volume planning and business strategies. - Cooperationg with developing functions for product localization, customization and requirements. - Overall management of Long Range Planning. - Support for all relevant functions in terms of product, price & business strategies. - Customer research and survey in qualitative and quantitative. - Dealer & internal product information training.
Pricing Planning. - Analysis competitors'' pricing strategy and positioning. - Analysis Spec adjustment pricing vs. competitors and MINI pricing planning. - Short-term / Mid-term / Long-term pricing management. - MINI contribution margin management.

Qualifications. - More than 3 ~ 5 years of experience. - Good communication skill with dealers & business partners. - In depth knowledge of product and pricing scheme. - In depth knowledge of market, consumer and competitors situation. - Good command of English. - MS office skill (especially Excel & PowerPoint). |
MINI Event & Dealer Marketing - Regular |
1. Job Description. - Market trend research & close monitoring of competitors'' event marketing activities. - Organize launch events & nationwide test-drive events: agency, venue & schedule arrangement. - Agency evaluation & development (event & giveaway agency). - Assist & manage central marketing events including sponsorship and co-promotion. - Support dealer marketing and co-promotion activities. - Manage marketing administration work (invoicing, vehicle management, supplier controlling). - Annual dealer marketing budget planning. - Establish & full implementation of dealer marketing guideline, territory, and support rate matrix. - Increase competency of dealer marketers by centrally leading and controlling. - CI control, evaluation & approval on dealers'' marketing activities. - Guide each dealer to increase independency for marketing activities. - Keep high quality of CI through all dealers, showrooms & events. - Hold regular marketing conference & dealer marketer recognition award. - Promotion creation, promotion organization, approval process handling, and implementation. - Co-promotion: find matching brand, negotiation with co-promoter, execution, and relationship. - Sponsorship: item selection, contents negotiation, internal approval, contract, and implementation.

1. Job Description. - Research and follow the Korean legal market environment such as homologation regulation, taxation,   EV incentives & benefits and so on. - Manage the existing and upcoming competition : models, brands and service concepts). - Set up and define the BMW Korea Electric Mobility strategy with the market status, customer   behaviour and market development. - Create awareness for BMW EV competence and for the sub brand BMWi by developing a two year   pre-launch action plan with BMW ActiveE vehicles. - Set up and coordinate a EV change management inside BMW Korea. - Create a competitive BMWi Product and price position together central product management and   identify potential customer groups. - Prepare and update management tools like presentations, timetables, decision memos,   recommendations for the management and market letters. - Plan coordinate and monitor the budget.
2. Qualifications. - Bachelor''s degree of management, business or technology. - Good understanding of battery electric and automotive technology as well as automotive industry. - Good understanding of the automotive service sector, retail business, brand management. - Communicative capabilities with high team working skills, initiative and autonomy capacity. - At least 5 years of work experience in project management. - Fluent in English. |
