1. Create assortment planning: Provide optimized door assortment planning for
the key/strategic accounts for seasonal sell-in.
2. Provide strategic data analysis: Deliver the management point of view
thru data analysis to the account, sales rep and management weekly,
monthly and seasonally.
3. Support sustainable growth thru valuable business analysis and customer focus sales planning: Advise, consult and collaborate with account
and sales reps in elevating the planning skills in business planning process to
support sustainable growth for both NSK and account.
4. Leader the in-season customer management process: Work closely with
account and sales reps on daily basis for in-season execution and assessing
customer business and advising action plans as necessary.
5. Leverage best practice sharing in business planning: Actively
participate and communicate developing analysis strategy and process among
business planning area not only within Emerging Market but also globally. |
Knowledge &
Skill
Requirements |
Describe minimum and desired education and major, experience and
special knowledge and skill.
a. Education Background: High School Jr College University
b. Major: Merchandising, business preferred
c. Work Experience: Not Required Required (Range: 2 - 3 Years)
d. Special Knowledge/Skill to be considered:
- Working experience in cross functional areas especially in combinations of
Merchandising, Sales and Finance
- Good commend of written and speaking English skills
- High level Excel and Power Point skills, data base management skills preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail business is preferred. |
