¡Ü Job Purpose
   1) To manage the distribution of branch sales with Bancassurance partners through Sales activities.
   2) Principle Duties & Responsibilities
      - Implement annual sales operational plans within budgets through off-line activities to achieve sales targets.
      - Liaise with partners to support the development of sales and marketing plans.
      - Visit bank branch, provide training and guidance to the bank sales staff, motivate them to sell
         PCA products amongst other competitors
      - Direct accountability for insurance sales production by branch sales staff for the assigned branches
      - Carry individual target of branch activity rate & have ownership of overall sales targets of the bank
      - Coach and train bank sales staff on products, sales process, competitor product review and evaluation
      - Support bank staff with customer proposal and financial asset consulting
      - Undertake the assignments given by the sales manager
¡Ü ÀÀ½ÃÀÚ°Ý
   1) Job Specification
      - Qualification University graduate, Good command of written & spoken English preferred
      - Experience Minimum 2 years of sales experience in bancassurance or agency channel or
         banking or other financial institutions
      - Knowledge Communication, Presentation, Training, Insurance, Retail banking
         sales environment, financial planning
      - Personality Passion for insurance sales and developing a career in Bancassurance
         industry. Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Good presentation skills and confident delivery
         style, Able to work well with people of all levels, Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
