Finance Analyst

Description of Duties

- Assists in the analysis to support activities in the planning function including
  analysis of competitors, operational effectiveness and capacity utilization,
   and other relevant results.
- Solves a range of straightforward problems, analyzes possible solutions,
   and assesses each using standard procedures. Provides valuable
   insight into analytical results.
- In conjunction with business planning and management staff, assist in the
   preparation of short and long-term strategic business plans.
- Assists in the development of internal and external communications of
   actual results/performance and financial forecasts.
- Assists in the development, maintenance, and utilization of planning
   and financial models.
- Financial and statistical analysis, reporting and tracking, supported by
   commentary and analysis.

Experience Required

- 5 to 7 year business planning or reporting positions experience.   

Education Required

- Bachelor¡¯s degree    
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing in English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Other

- Understanding of the semiconductor business.
- Any experience with Business Object, Peoplesoft ( preferred)
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using fact based decision-making.
   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight  deadlines. Must be able to
   work in a team setting as well as being an independent contributor
