○ Production Manager/차, 부장
○ 근무지 : 얀센 공장(경기도 화성시 제약단지)
● Job scope
○ Ensure the reliability supply of quality products as agreed production plan in a safely working condition
○ Ensure the process equipment in a good condition and fully compliance with GMP requirement.
○ Ensure the talent development and succession plan be well implemented.
○ Ensure the CAPEX and OPEX management within control.
○ Ensure the site strategy roadmap be implemented.
○ Ensure the quality system fully implemented in the production department.
○ Ensure EHS system fully implemented in the production department.
○ Ensure the lean culture implemented in the department and be able to drive the continuous improvement projects.
○ Be a valuable member of the site leadership team.
● Qualifications
○ Generally requires 8 years related experience in GMP related working environment
○ Experience in production, technical service, Quality management in a Multinational company
○ Registered Pharmacist is a plus.
○ Fluent communicate in English
○ GMP knowledge , KPI Management
○ People development and training skill
○ Oversea working experience is a plus
