   ¡Û Forecast demand regularly and set up yearly sales plan for each hospital

   ¡Û Organize and implement scientific events (product briefing, seminar, etc)to efficiently deliver product information

   ¡Û Support company hosted medical events(symposium, round table meeting, booth exhibition, etc)to help

      customers get the product related medical information

   ¡Û Collect and report the market status and customer information in accordance with the data handling guideline

   ¡Û Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and Bayer Healthcare ethical business practices

   ¡Û University degree

   ¡Û More than 2 years¡¯ ETC sales experience is mandatory

   ¡Û Sales experience in ophthalmology area is preferred

   ¡Û Intelligence on the Retina diseases and market

   ¡Û Good knowledge or learning ability to understand products and therapeutic areas.

   ¡Û Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
