 Job Description

•Strategic learning partner and professional training consulting for Commercial capability build up. 

•Train and develop the field force to successfully meet Novartis Performance Frontier Standard on Knowledge experts, Selling/Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Territory Management, People Skills, Coaching & Counseling, Performance Management, Negotiation skill, Leadership and coordinate & organize Other Specific Training Programs to reach High Performance Organization. 
•Support and assist to training team manager and co work with FF managers and MKT man-ager

1.Identify individual and/ team training needs and development gaps and/or conduct training programs in collaboration with training manager 
2.Conduct AtoB selling skills, NCSM, communication skills courses to the FF – PFS Level 1, 2 PF plus, Presentation skills & Negotiation skills. 
3.Develop/adopt and conduct Product Training in collaboration with Product Managers
4.Develop/design and conduct an Induction Course for new comers 
5.Do On-The-Job training with FF Managers and Medical Representatives to assist in the transfer of skills and application of knowledge. 
6.Design follow-up activities to ensure successful transfer of skills from classroom to jobsite. 
7.Establish and maintain an inventory of training requirements and accomplishments. 
8.Assist training manager in planning/conducting performance development programs
9.To train and develop sales rep or candidates of sales managers to successfully meet Novartis¡¯ Performance Standard on Product Knowledge, Selling/Communication Skills (NCE), Territory Management, People Management Skills, Coaching & Counseling, Performance Management, Negotiation Skill and Leadership, Aspiring and On-boarding program. 
10.Support and control training budget and expense management 
11.Pursue self-development plan by attending internal and external Train-The-Trainer courses.

 Minimum

requirements

 4years university degree. BSc/B Phar preferred prefer to fluency in both written and spoken English 3 years sales or marketing experience in pharmaceuticals
