¡Ü ¾÷¹«°³¿ä

¡Û Accountable for all site management activities and procedures for applicable Phase I and Phase

   II-IV clinical trials to ensure quality, compliance, efficiency and effectiveness of the sites for these trials.

¡Û Manages the internal Site Management budget, including insourced budget and

    oversight of external clinical grants.

¡Û Ensures efficient and adequate resources for each clinical trial.

¡Û Accountable for feasibility assessment for each clinical trial to be conducted in the country.

¡Û Assure monitoring and site management procedures and activities are conducted

    according to Good Clinical Practices, the Declaration of Helsinki and in

   accordance with ICH-GCP and local requirements.

¡Û Ensures oversight of country performance and proactively identify and address

   potential issues and initiate appropriate measures for both insourced and outsourced trials.

¡Û Provides strong and effective leadership, open and transparent

   communication for country Site Management Department.

¡Ü ÀÀ½ÃÀÚ°Ý

¡Û Bachelor¡¯s degree (or equivalent) with 10 years¡¯ relevant healthcare experience including 5-7 years¡¯ relevant clinical development or clinical operations experience

¡ÛIn-depth knowledge of clinical development and drug development process, global clinical development processes, ICH-GCP, applicable legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

¡ÛStrategic thinking, big-picture perspective and the ability to focus on the wider business need. Innovative and creative problem solving skills while continuing to be results oriented.

¡ÛLine Management experience required. Leadership, motivational, and collaborative skills are critical. Ability to lead staff in changing times as well as strong interpersonal skills in the management and development of people in a global environment

¡ÛAdministrative, financial, and technical skills are required, as well as effective verbal and written English communication skills in relation to both internal and external colleagues

¡ÛAble to work effectively within a multi-cultural, global, matrix organization
