¡Û Achieve the agreed sales and profit target by managing the business relationship with industrial customers.


¡Û  Maximize 3rd party business opportunities by identifying areas of mutual interests for customers and the own company in coherence with strategic guidance by CEO.


¡Û Manage sales volume and price negotiation in line with guidance from regional office 


¡Û Develop and implement the new cooperative projects in line with CEO guidance and based on identified customer needs.


¡Û  Communicate closely with responsible representatives in APAC regional office in order to get necessary approval for sales volumes and prices suggested by CEO.


¡Û Lead, recruit, motivate and develop talents in the industrial sales team by providing proper coaching and trainings.


 



 


¡ÜÀÀ½ÃÀÚ°Ý


¡Û University degree (MBA Preferred) 


¡Û More than 10 years¡¯ experience in crop protection industry


¡Û Proven management and negotiation skills with expertise in the crop protection market


¡Û Experience in multinational company


¡Û Strong leadership and managerial skills to lead, motivate, coach and develop a high performing team under guidance of CEO.


¡Û Knowledge of the Bayer group guidelines and Corporate Compliance regulations


¡Û Fluent in spoken and written English


¡Û Excellent interpersonal communication skills
