¾÷¹«³»¿ë

1. Ensure the plant facilities and equipment are available for the needs of daily production activities.

2. Ensure the efficient operations of facilities & equipment in accordance with legal requirements and regulations.

3. Lead the investment project with dept. managers within the planned budget & period.

4. Monitors & recommend the high efficiency of facilities & equipment operations and energy source.

5. Manage workshop to achieve planned objectives related to maintenance and repairing of facilities and equipment.

6. Motivate the Eng. Staffs and prepare the developing programs of them internally & externally.

7. Monitor & review the execution of outsourcing works according to the contracted conditions.

8. Ensures process and plant is maintained safely by conducting process hazard analysis and improvement activities.

ÀÚ°Ý»çÇ×

EDUCATION:
- Technical knowledge oriented education, i.e. engineering majored one is preferred
EXPERIENCE :
- Working experience with pharmaceutical operation and facilities
- GMP knowledge
- Managerial function in the engineering area, i.e. team based activities at least 5 years
- Project management
- PC skills
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS :
- Fluent in writing & speaking of English
- Self-motivated and able to get the knowledge from the manual & technical instruction
- Customer oriented personality
