-Responsible for the coordination of the total business of LG Electronics and its

affiliates including LG Display and LG Innotek and associated value chain in

accordance with relevant legal rules and regulations; this includes the BU PCS

or, if applicable, any other business unit of Bayer MaterialScience. This also

includes all activities towards related value chain partners, such as molders,

Tiers or OEMs. This position manages and coordinates all business development

activities required for LG Electronics and its affiliates.

-Follows the Bayer MaterialScience Corporate Compliance program and

guidelines, in all aspects of the customer relationship; actively contributes to the

Strategic and Key Account Management community

ÀÚ°Ý»çÇ×

• More than 5 to 7 years of professional experience with university degree or

comparable education.

• Ability to lead global teams, strategy development, commercial, research or

technical background with relevance to the plastics or customer industry

• practical and theoretical commercial background, e.g. an MBA comparable

education, respective industry back ground; plastics ; strong sales capabilities

and interpersonal skills

• Well-developed technical and sales skills are necessary

• Managerial skills that include critical thinking, organization, decisiveness,

planning and sound judgment.
