2015 Investor Relations Manager Position

Position Summary

  • - OCI Company currently has an opening for an Investor Relations Manager to create and present a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of the company, to monitor and present to CFO/CEO the investment community’s opinion regarding the company’s performance and to serve as a key point of contact for investment community
  • - Position Title: Investor Relations Manager
  • - Employment Type: Full-Time Employee
  • - Location: OCI HQ(Seoul, Korea)

Major Responsibilities

  • - Develops and maintains a company investor relations plan
  • - Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
  • - Creates presentations and communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors(excluding press release)
  • - Organizes conferences, road shows, earnings conference calls, and investor meetings
  • - Provides feedback to management regarding the investment community’s perception of how the company is being managed, and their opinion of its financial results
  • - Represents the views of the investor community to the management team in the development of corporate strategy

Key Qualifications

  • - 6 ~ 7 years' experience in IR of listed company
  • - A good team player, yet ability to work independently
  • - Accounting and financial skills
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Korean
  • - Excellent relationship-building skills in the investment community
