Áö¸à½º(ÁÖ) ¿¡³ÊÁö»ç¾÷ºÎ¹® Tool Manager

´ã´ç¾÷¹«

  • - Responsible for purchase, administration and maintenance of tools, consumables, cabinets and containers, ensuring the availability of quality equipment during service outages.

    Tasks:
    - Support outage planner in planning and assortment of tools and consumables for outages
    - Coordinate compilation of tools and consumables for outages, including inventory control
    - Coordinate transportation of tools and consumables to and from sites with transportation provider
    - Coordinate and arrange refilling of tools and consumables including inventory and inspection of received shipments.
    - Support business administration with preparation of quotations and charge summaries for outage tools and consumables
    - Forecast and long term planning of tools and consumables
    - Coordinate and arrange purchase of tools and consumables to Energy Service specifications
    - Leading innovation and improvement process for tools and equipment
    - Coordinate and arrange regular maintenance, calibration and testing of equipment with laboratories and other service providers
    - Evaluation and qualification of local equipment supplier
    - Implement Korea hub Tool Control and Tracking Program (training provided). Maintain and update tool database regularly
    - Manage storage of equipment in close cooperation with energy service engineers and technicians

    Candidate is expected to work under the supervision of senior Siemens field service personnel and management while they develop into the role requirements.

    Role shall be approximately 60% Office Based in Seoul and 40% at Siemens Tool Facility or assisting with mobilization of tooling to customer sites. Activities in the Tool Facility require hands on work to inventory and load tooling with the support of Siemens field service specialists. Experience in electrical or mechanical work shall be considered an advantage.

ÀÚ°ÝÁ¶°Ç

  • - University Graduate
    - Minimum 6 months working experience
    - Good spoken and written English
    - General office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
    - Full Driving license and Car
    - Physically capable to perform hands on work activities as required
