Responsibility

¡¤ Operates assigned equipment or areas
of the Plant and perform

operations related activities as per Master Task List.

¡¤ Utilizes the Operations knowledge and experience,
to operate the plant in a

safe and optimal manner.

¡¤ Follows Operating Discipline principles, procedures
and practices to ensure

safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.

¡¤ Operates and field checks process equipment.
Monitor process conditions,

equipment and control systems.

¡¤ Performs tasks assigned to operations as per Master
Task List field checks,

equipment preparation, samples, etc.

¡¤ Ensures operational activities and process
performance are aligned with

Plant and business goals.

¡¤ Uses trouble shooting skills to resolve process
related deviations and

problems.

¡¤ As required, initiates and participates in Root
Cause Investigations.

¡¤ Coaches and train others on plant operations.

¡¤ Performs immediate response activities assigned by
Immediate Response

Leader.

¡¤ Uses process knowledge and skills to make
improvements in plant

performance and Operating Discipline.

¡¤ Perform process equipment troubleshooting, minor
repairs, improvements

and preventative maintenance, utilizing appropriate processes and
disciplines.

¡¤ Day to day cylinder management ( Cylinder stock
movement based on status per

various products : returned cylinder, reclaimed cylinder, prepared
cylinder,

packaged cylinder, repair cylinder, etc Management of number of cylinders
for

the various products Cylinder tracking program operation SAP transaction

Education and

Qualification

¡¤ Associate¡¯s
Degree holders (Àü¹®´ëÁ¹¾÷ÀÚ Áö¿ø °¡´É)

¡¤ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing
environment.

(ÃÖ¼Ò 2-3³â °æ·ÂÀÚ)

¡¤ 5-6 years of experience in related filed is
preferred.

¡¤ Demonstrated Knowledge of (or demonstrated ability
to acquire knowledge of)

: General math, computer literacy, safety protocols, and proven interpersonal
skills.
