- Implement sales strategy in alignment with the
Business & Marketing strategy to meet or exceed sales target



- Ensure successful implementation of sales activities & POA mission
according to POA planning cycle in 



alignment with Manager of Business Strategy & Channel Management



- Ensure to report of weekly Market Intelligence update & weekly branch
meeting minutes



- Manage sales force sizing and structure by collecting, analyzing and
reporting necessary information in 



cooperation with Sales Strategy & Channel Management team



- Coach Managers'' performance and develop Branch Manager to obtain required
business competency 



- Ensure CC salesforces to deliver the value information to Customers,
increase visibility & distribution in their territory



- Represent the CC sales and initiate necessary communication both externally
and internally



¡Ø e.g. cross functional teams



- Comply with Company''s regulations & Business code with full
understanding of the code of conducts while 



ensuring complete compliance of all sales activities

- Bachelor''s degree, MBA preferred but not required



- More than 10 years experience in marketing and sales, including 4-5 years
in a managerial capacity



- Proven track record in leading a team, strong leadership and people
oriented



- Team player, collaborative style, Dynamic, innovative, forward looking and
customer oriented



- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including good English
skills (spoken & written)



- Possess a high level of business ethics, integrity and professionalism and
the ability to ensure those standards
