업무개요

- Respond to external customers’ queries about Bayer HealthCare products via phone
in order to provide medical information
- Provide medical information on to external customers’ queries about BHC PH/Radiology/Consumer Care/
Medical Care products(in several ways such as telephone calls, letters,
email, etc)
- Search for medical information on BHC PH/Radiology/Consumer Care /Medical
Care products
and provide comprehensive/ balanced information to customers(e.g. healthcare
professionals and consumers)
in the form of verbal communication or written responses
- Review promotional materials in accordance with the applicable laws and
requirements,
and ensure that promotional material contains appropriate, state of the art
and scientifically correct information
to support appropriate use of its products.
- Report Adverse Event to PV team and product technical complaints to the
quality manager
- Check and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and BHC ethical
business practices
on medical information areas

- Education
※ Bachelor degree(Preferred major in
pharmacy or nursing science or scientific field)
- Skills
※ Literature interpretation and evaluation skill
※ Excellent command of verbal and written English
※ Good computer skill(Internet search, MS-Word, Excel
and Power Point etc.)
※ Ability and interest in information technology
※ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
with business partners
※ Other: Enthusiastic & Resilient under pressures
- Experiences
※ New comer ~ 1 year(Preferred Experience of Medical
Information-related or Medical/Marketing area
in pharmaceutical company or Hospital or Pharmacy)
