Corporate COM 50% 
1) Internal Communications: Promote and optimize two-way communication, develop and implement effective employee communication, utilizing a wide range of communication vehicles (i.e., newsletter, brochure, internal initiative & event, intranet etc.) in an effort to enhance the employee morale and motivation
2) Global Communications: Support global initiatives to increase awareness and participation of employees in line with HQ directions. (i.e. Safety, Reputation campaign)
3) Leadership Communications: Support Head of COM on CEO message development to share vision and key initiatives of the company with the employees through effective and timely manner (i.e.CEO message, townhall meetings etc.)
4) Corporate Branding: Provide clear guideline on Bayer branding including advertising, photo shoots, films, trade show etc. in collaboration with Bayer AG design guidelines (identitynet.com).
5) CSR Communications Develop and implement CSR programs under supervision of Head of COM o position Bayer as a sustainable company
6) Manage Corp COM budget under supervision of Head of COM: participation of monthly/quarterly budget tracking and yearly planning
Healthcare Product COM 50%
7) Planning and implementation for product PR(Consumer Care): Develop and implement strategic communication & PR programs to enhance awareness and promotion of Bayer Healthcare(Consumer Care) and its core brands both internally and externally in accordance with the communication direction of HQ and regional office
8) Crisis/issue management: Contribute to minimize business impact during product-related crisis/issue especially for media COM
9) Media liaison: Organize and manage media events such as press conference, media roundtable, and media tour/ Build and maintain favorable relationship with key media and handle media inquiries
10) Agency management: Manage agencies for PR to produce and deliver best service in accordance with global, regional and local direction/concept of brand communication

Education:
Academic degree in journalism and communication preferred 
Experience:
Minimum 5 years(5~8years) of specific experiences in management of communication functions, preferably in PR agency and Healthcare PR experiences 
Competencies:

2. Pronounced international and intercultural orientation
3. Strong and professional communication skills
4. Strong project management skill
5. able to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables
