¾÷¹«°³¿ä



1) Ensure all orders received and processed in a timely
& accurately manner in line with plausibility check


2) Ensure all credits are raised in accordance with company guidelines


3) Maintain sales view in material master to be properly posted into the
system and actively support all kind of changes in OTC (order to cash)
process


4) Act as the interface and communications link between Sales and Supply
chain to meet sales demands


5) Provide regular reporting for sales department to monitor and measure the
performance including management of sales dashboard in all of sales branches
and support short/mid/long term based scenario development for new sales
projects for quick and proper decision


6) Responsible for executing Rebate Reimbursement Tool in line with sales
policy in which approval granted and lead the introduction of new rebate
reimbursement tool such as Vistex


7) Support sales planning of each business group by providing valuable
analysis based on the historical data and understanding of portfolio


8) Standard and harmonize the sales related procedures (sales order, return,
sample process) for all business divisions in accordance with company &
group guidelines



ÀÀ½ÃÀÚ°Ý



1) Minimum 3 years working experience in a Customer
Service of Sales role, preferably in the agricultural industry and / or
manufacturing and warehouse distribution environment


2) Good communication and harmonization skill with other related business
partners


3) Self-motivated work ethic, punctual.


4) Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.


5) Advanced Microsoft office skills in MS Excel and Word


6) SAP experience preferred
