Compliance 

- Supports to implements all code compliance activities initiated or
delegated by the Compliance Officer (including those originally initiated by
the global Compliance Functions) in the area of BHC 

- Supports to handle all code compliance matters in the local BHC business
subject to Code requirements in coordination with the Compliance
Manager 

- Supports to develop country specific standards and procedures in regard to
code compliance matters in alignment with globally set standards 

- Develops and Implements country specific communication initiatives in the
area of code compliance 

- Coordinates and Performs a country specific training and tracks training in
regard to code compliance matters 

- Takes appropriate action steps to mitigate identified risks in regard to
code compliance matters 

- Administers the compliance related data as given by Compliance Officer /
Compliance Manager 

- Reviews and checks all agreements which may directly or indirectly result
in payments to Healthcare Professionals 

- Supports global compliance program in the area of BHC together with
Compliance Manager 

- Supports internal/external audit in the area of code compliance 



Internal
co-work 

- Advises and guides BHC management in all code compliance related
areas 

- Keep close communication with field forces in order to detect need for
new/further compliance requirements and feedback to Legal and Compliance
function 

- Participates on a regular basis in local leadership team meetings as well
as teleconferences and workshops by Global Compliance functions concerning
code compliance matters in alignment with the Compliance Manager 

- Participates on a regular basis in teleconferences, workshops, team
meetings or Compliance Community meetings as arranged and/or headed by
Compliance Officer 



External
co-work 

- Engages in local trade associations (code compliance work streams ) and
manages all mandatory reporting duties 

- Supports the correspondence to the government authority (KFTC, KFDA, MOHW)

Experience 

- 3 years of experience in charge of code compliance function of a company

- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry more than 3
years 



B.
Qualifications 

- Full university degree

- Law, audit, or investigation related degree or certification is
preferred 



C. Skills

Compliance specific skills 

- Thorough understanding of elements of a compliance program and industry
code 

- In-depth knowledge of Bayer¡¯s Corporate Compliance Policy and other
corporate compliance-related guidelines and concepts 

- Advanced knowledge of the business concept and operational activities of
area of BHC and its associated compliance risks 

- Advanced ability to train and lead presentations on compliance with Bayer
colleagues and management 

- Good capability evaluating and balancing compliance risks with business
needs and processes 

- Ability to actively and constructively manage conflicts between business
and compliance concerns 

- Ability to proactively advise supported business and management on legal
implications of business strategy is preferable 

- Good comprehension of IT-tools and their application for compliance
initiatives 



General Skills 

- Fluent use of English as Business language

- Good writing skills in regard to comprehensive reports and standards
