Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

• Ensure correct and timely execution of key roles in 3PL warehouse management and distribution responsibilites according to group policy and guileline.
• Ensure delivery to customer, D/C to retails, wholeslaes and E-commerence with proper delivey condition using different delivery mode.
• Surpervise all aspects of inventory transaction and in & out activities including stock return.

Accountabilities:

* Warehousing

• Supervise all aspects of tangible or intangible inventory movement in warehouse.
• Make sure that all forms of sales or replensh orders are fulfilled properly.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts reconciling with data storage system
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective actions.
• Complies with government, revelent ministry, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements advising management on needed actions
• Warehouse management score card and continues improvement.

* Local Transportation

• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles, like all types of local delivery.
• Plan, organize and manage the work of third party logistics provider to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints
• Serve as contact persons for all customers within assigned territories
• Monitor operations to ensure that third party logistics provider comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations
• Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services
• Responsible for receiving goods timely and accourately.
• Coordinate various shipping mode to meet demand from sales or merchandising.
• Trobule shooting and contigency plan against unexpected risks such as carrier collapse, strike, port shotdown, and force majeure.
• KPI mangement in terms of cost lead time( ex Within 23 hours order to delivery )
• Record score card of vendor performance, correct misdealing and come up with improvement over QBR(Quality business review)
• Yearly bidding process if necessary based on global guideline.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Extensive demonstrated experience in warehouse management and local distribution.
• Proven records of management of third party logistics provider and trucking company.
• Understaning of best practics, SAP experience, up to date system and data mining skill
• Strong analytical skills and customer focus.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Good in written and spoken English
