  • - Marketing in Consumer Health

´ã´ç¾÷¹«

  •  Establish a full strategic marketing plan from product/program concept
    Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
    Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
    Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
    Responsible for managing a portfolio of products, as well as defining the positioning strategies
       for those markets/products
    Budget Management. Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity
       with agreed budget
    Provide product marketing and competitive analysis training to the sales force
    Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal/external support departments
    Comply with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations (especially Code of Conduct) and Bayer ethical
      business practices

ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç

  •  Bachelor degree required
    Major in pharmacy is preferred
    Major in Business Administration preferred

    Sales/Marketing experience in pharmaceutical (OTC) industry
    Marketing experience in FMCG industry is preferred
    3+ year experience as brand manager is required
    Ability to understand market trends, financial data and customer needs and assess competitive
       intelligence data
    Strong results orientation and ability to execute and measure programs and campaigns

    Ability to work well on various teams and act as team leader when appropriate
    Ability put together and execute marketing plan based on marketing concepts
    Proficiency in English
    Excellent presentation skill
    High level of numerical reasoning/analytical skills
