Planning Specicalist
| - Develpe yearly, monthly, weekly production plan in coordination with Operation planning in ensuring availability of the resources for planned activities in order to minimize time waste and achieve execution of activities on high quality level.
- Based on production plan, develop yearly, monthly, weekly Secondary plan for all machine related activities (planned, preventive and corrective maintenance, cleaning, format changes, brand changes and brand allocation) in order to ensure the most effective and efficient machine and people utilization with the minimum costs and maximum equipment availability.
- Monitor production orders and level of achievement, analyze planned vs. achieved activities, report resource utilization in order to ensure that all planned and unplanned activities in Secondary are implemented in time, effective and efficient with the minimum costs, proper human utilization and maximum machine availability in terms of production process.
- Timely create, update and share plans and reports regarding all machine related activities and changes in production schedule in order to ensure proper communication flow, preparation, organization and follow up on defined activities, work synchronization within different groups and teams in Secondary.
- Plan special activities such as machine installation, modification or upgrade, format change, machine semi-rebuild and others in order to minimize time waste and costs and achieve high quality of service. - Support secondary management team to establish short / mid / long term resouces plan by analyzing the related data properly.
- Support Team supervisor to maintain daily resource allocation & scheduling to accomplish planned activities in weekday & weekend. If necessary, coordinate provision of external resource to support team supervisors.
- Take regular trainings on environment, health, safety and security (EHS&S) and strictly adhere to EHS&S policies and procedures and ensure that all work practices meet legal safety requirements and PM standards in order to meet EHS&S standards.
| - College or university bachelor¡¯s degree - Minimum 3 years of administration or operations work experience in manufacturing environment
- People management expirience and working in planning environment is advantage.
- Good level of planning, organizational and coordination skills.
- Experiences of leading machine qualification
- Knowledge of production machines, systems and processes.
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, human and technical resources.
- Powerful presentation skill preferred
- PC skills (ability to use MS office application required)
