Area Manager

-          Establish and implement team sales strategy in alignment with TA sales strategy

-          Expect demand regularly and  draw up yearly sales plan for the responsible area

-          Lead and develop MRs to obtain required business & scientific competency

-          Manage MRs` activities and coach them to bring better performance

-          Meet or exceed team sales target

-          Make timely decision and take necessary actions to ensure the sales activities are successfully implemented in the responsible area

-          Manage Medical Thought Leaders at the responsible area to efficiently deliver product related scientific information

-          Ensure optimal sales force sizing and structure by collecting, analyzing and reporting necessary information in cooperation with sales excellence team

-          Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and Pharmaceutical ethical business practices



-          Minimum 5 years of sales in hospital/clinic and preferably 2 years of sales team management experience

-          Proven management and leadership skills with good knowledge and understanding of relevant TA areas.

-          Skill and knowledge of commercial planning, sales analysis and sales excellence tools & techniques

-          Establish conditions systematically for high performance teamwork based on the requirements of the situation

-          Ingrain scientific orientations as an organization-wide,continuously proactively driving customer satisfaction and demand

-          Possess a high level of business ethics, integrity and

-          Professionalism and the ability to ensure those standards

-          Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English
