[´ã´ç¾÷¹«] 1. Develops business and marketing plans for assigned products/brands including implementation strategies per channels (Pharmacy, Retail, e-Commerce)   2. Collaborates with external agencies to develop/implement best class marketing campaign (Media, Creative, Digital, Design, etc.) within the given marketing budget, and evaluate the results vs. KPIs   3. Work together with sales planner, key account managers, sales managers, e-Commerce and retail managers to set-up the channel plan and strategy for assigned products/brands   4. Develop and provide product trainings with sufficient product/brand knowledge to relevant groups (Sales team, 3rd party partners, distributors, Key accounts, etc.)   5. Closely work with product supply manager to properly deliver the product inventory on time with up-to-date forecasting   6. Conduct primary market research with proper market research agencies with clear objective setting and result analysis, and reflect the learnings on the brand plan accordingly   7. Develop mid to longer term (3~5 year) brand plans with sales projections and product portfolio management (incl. new pipeline)   8. Work with global brand team on possible adaptation or deployment of global brand activations to ensure maximum utilization of resources and budgets, and for local brand strategy alignment and global success model sharing
[ÀÚ°Ý¿ä°Ç] 1. Education: 4-year University
2. Work Experience: - At least 5 years of experience as a brand manager in consumer good industry (FMCG or Consumer Health) with knowledge of main successful consumer communication activities - Proven track record in planning and implementing of brand strategies - Demonstrated ability to successfully over achieve brand sales target and proactively manage sales and profit to meet Business objectives - Retail and e-Commerce business experience preferred - Solid understanding and demonstrated compliance with legal requirements about Industry code in Korea
