JOB PURPOSE/PRIORITIES

Lead Key account by ensuring achievement of sales target both top and bottom line

Develop channel & customer marketing and sales plan and execute them. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Develop and implement channel & Key Account strategically business plan to achieve Key Account Objectives : sales target, market share, distribution, gross margin etc.

Lead risk management with customer in unplanned situation

Develop and implement account specific promotion plan together with TM and marketing to lead the category and to ensure a competitive advantage.

Develop and implement a key account information system POS data analysis, market and competitor information, etc.

Develop and execute annual customer business plan& annual contract.

Build-up strong relationship with customers.

Take overall launch project responsibilities for all phases of the project

Manage trade stock through sell-in&sell-out management

Overall FCST management 

JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:

Language skills : Intermediate verbal&written communication skill in english

Education : University graduate or more, economics or business (preferred)

Experience & knowledge:

Over 7 years KAM experience for FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry in global company.

Core competencies:

Strong business leadership and negotiation skill

Strong customer relationship building and alignment skills.

Mid or high level of MS office skills.

Strong communication skill with internal&external stakeholders

Knowledge of FMCG sales, distribution and marketing.

Analytical, strategic planning skill

Manage channel P&L according to budget

Winning spirits and positive mind

Problem solving skill

Advanced sales and merchandising skillIn-depth knowledge or modern trade and multi-channel experience preferred
