■ 업무개요 [Main purpose] -Act as trusted advisors and single points of contact for PS related topics in their area of responsibility, orchestrate the stakeholder within IT and ensure the adequate provision of technology enabled business capabilities. [Key tasks & responsibilities] - Acts as trusted advisor and single point of contact for IT related topics in area of responsibility - Captures business requirements and translates these into IT needs - Orchestrates respective stakeholder within IT to provide requested information and services - Supports projects and implementation of technology enabled business capabilities - Consults on how to best leverage technology as an enabler to drive business value - Contributes to discussions in Business/Corporate Function by providing technology expertise and potential impacts on business - Supports Day 1 IT readiness for Animal Health Business/Corporate Functions - Drives post Day 1 IT integration activities in area of Business/Corporate Functions ** In the course of Bayer’s Animal Health separation, this position will be transferred to Elanco.
■ 응시자격
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in computer science, science, business administration or an equivalent qualification with relevant work experiences - Ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively - Highly developed communication skills specially with senior and executive management throughout AH and within the IT community - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Several years of customer-facing work in IT and/or business functions - Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong initiative skills - Excellent expectations management, negotiate with diplomacy and tact, simplify complex information into “straight talk,” and make compromises to achieve “win-win” situations. |
