ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning & Implementation
—Develops/Supports projects to deliver brand value to the customers (eg. Detailing campaign, Symposia, etc)
—Coordinates and communicates for effective implementation of the plans to achieve desired outcomes Data analysis & tracking —Analyzes data from a range of sources and derive the implications from the analysis
—Updates key performance index by utilizing multiple data sources Expense Management —Demonstrates sound financial planning skill to manage expenses
Cross-divisional Teamwork —Understands the interdependencies of cross functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to efficiently operate projects Initiatives —Supports communications to engage internal customers and partners to align and to act for project objective achievement
QUALIFICATIONS: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or above
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferably more than 1 year or above commercial (marketing, sales, etc) experience in the pharmaceutical industry
