¡Ý YOUR ¡®DAY TO DAY¡¯

• Oversee all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior to strengthen IQOS brand

• Manage and lead content activations and specified programs within a specified consumer journey, state or segment

• Lead brand building and own Brand and Marketing plan regarding reduced-risk products, calendar & events, and new prod launch

• Develop integrated communication planning and brand activities to maximize consumer reach by working in close collaboration with Corporate Communications team

• Own offline/online omnichannel content & messaging development, trans-creation and amplification across all deployment channels

• Identify key opportunities for local campaigns not included in the global Calendar, based on expertise and knowledge of the local trends and business environment

• Lead, guide and engage own team through defining and communicating a clear and compelling vision for the future develop and coach the team to optimize performance and build talent pool readiness

• Partner and support fellow Commercial management team members driving collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the portfolio is best positioned to capitalize upon channel opportunities

• Effectively apply consumer segmentation to identify consumer needs in the local market, leveraging consumer insights & analytics

• Participate in cross-functional projects with Consumer Experience and Commercial Operations teams to drive better consumer engagement through inputs around brand and consumer needs

 


¡Ý WHO WE¡¯RE LOOKING FOR

• 12 to 17 years of solid experience in Brand Marketing, especially in brand communication, IMC, and concept development

• At least 5-6 years at middle management level with Brand Management experience along with strong people management capabilities

• Multichannel experience including direct retail, digital, and indirect channels within consumer-centric industry, such as FMCG, tech, etc.

• Strong commercial acumen and market / consumer awareness

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Proven leadership skills with proactive, consumer-centric mindset

• Fluent in both English and Korean

• Drive for results with collaborative spirit
