■ 업무개요 1. Administrate and operate the disclosure reporting system to maintain the records and the information for the reports to the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW) 2. Prepare reports of MOHW/KRPIA/European Crystal with relevant evidence in a timely manner and assure to check the report quality based on the pre-defined archetype 3. Perform specific trainings to users and create and maintain the manual in regard to the reporting system 4. Handle the requests from the internal users regarding the use of the system and the actual benefits given by Bayer Korea to HCPs 5. Collect relevant data from various internal and external sources and match the data to the reporting system accordingly 6. Generate master data and maintain the database 7. Monitor the data embedded in the reporting system and provide the regular reports to the management 8. Facilitate timely exchange of information discovered through managing the reporting system with relevant functions 9. Optimize and continuously monitor the reporting processes to establish and implement best practice approaches 10. Support to develop process and SOPs
■ 응시자격 • Bachelor’s Degree of University (or equivalent) • Experience of pharmaceutical industry preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill • Good training and presentation skill • Knowledge and skills of computer applications or system • Understanding of processes and guidelines regarding the pharmaceutical market • Efficient time management & multi-tasking skill • Appropriate discrimination in handling of highly sensitive information • Proficient in written and spoken English |
