ROLE SUMMARY   This position is responsible for developing and implementing launch strategies/ plans for Abrocitinib which is 1st breakthrough of Pfizer in Medical Dermatology, oral JAK inhibitor for atopic dermatitis. Abrocitinib Sr. Product Manager is responsible for launching Abrocitinib ensuring registration, P&R, and launch strategies are developed, Abrocitinib opportunities are fully realized and sales goals are consistently met or exceeded.   Abrocitinib Sr. Product Manager needs patient-focused/ innovation mindset, strategic capabilities, and operational excellence to drive successful Abrocitinib launch in Korea in line with Global objectives and strategies. This role will also deliver flawless leadership of Abrocitinib cross-functional team and integrated medical society/ KOLs/ PAG engagement for a strong customer partnership whilst creating sustainable value, incorporating strong financial management skills & accountability for the local financial goals/ budgets.   This position directly reports to I&I Korea Lead, coaches or works with project associates who support the implementation of marketing projects, and closely collaborate with other related functions (e.g. Regulatory, CA, Market Access, Finance, GSC, Sales, Medical, CO, Legal, etc) as a leadership team member in I&I Korea.  
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES   Market Intelligence   - Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making   Sales Forecasting   - Assesses and understands the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives   Expense Management   - Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets to achieve profit target   Relationship Management with Customer/Stakeholders   - Builds positive relationships with key customers/stakeholders (opinion leaders/ medical society/ PAGs) by understanding and managing their needs and expectations.   - Seeks opportunities to provide values that will enable successful implementation of product strategies and tactics.  
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS   Bachelor¡¯s degree or above  
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS   5-10 years marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry   New product launch planning experience essential   Market access/ Business development experience preferred   Experiences in business development and alliance partnership   Strong business acumen   Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills (verbal & written)   Fluency in spoken and written English   Good interpersonal & communication skills   Strong customer focus   Strong drive for results   Innovative & Creative thinking   Strong teamwork   High ethical standards (Integrity)  |
