ROLE SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the support in management of the designated project regarding Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Business Development by developing strategies that will fully address business challenge of IM business/products based on clear understanding of the business objectives and the IM business environment.   He/She reports to Internal Medicine Marketing Lead and closely works with other product/project manager(s) leading projects as well as other related functions (e.g. medical, legal, sales, etc). This position is supervised by Product Manager and Player & Coach for his/her further development.     ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning & Implementation -Develops strategic/operating plans for Product Marketing, Digital Marketing and Business Development initiatives -Ensures effective implementation of designated plans to achieve desired project outcomes   Market Intelligence -Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources (including market research) to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for decision making   Expense Management -Demonstrates sound financial management by ensuring that expenses are within budgets   Cross-divisional Teamwork -Understands the interdependencies of cross functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor grand strategies to efficiently operate projects   Initiatives -Leads internal customers and partners to align and to act for project objective achievement     QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE -Bachelor degree or above -At least 1 year of commercial/digital marketing related experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or the related Industry -Fluency in spoken and written English -Ability and eagerness to challenge status quo make quick decisions aggressively identify and seek opportunities to grow revenue and lead/operate successfully in a matrix team -Strong communications, influencing and negotiations skills -Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Strong problem solving skills and conflict resolution     COMPETENCIES REQUIRED -Customer focus: Customer Service focused on medical community -Strategic Thinking: proven ability to develop innovative new strategies -Performance: Drive for Results, Functional knowledge/skills of marketing and sales -Leadership: Organizational Awareness and influence -Teamwork: Collaboration with team members and all departments -Innovation: Creativity in product promotion -Integrity: High ethical standards  |
