Support CFO in managing company financials profitability through channel, partner, and project-specific modeling and analysis, alignment of sales/marketing compensation & promotion to performance and set up & maintain marketing cost benchmark and Launch Justification Analysis(LJA) process as well

-Manage regular Launch Justification Analysis(LJA) process to review and control profitability by channel and sponsor

-Support CFO in reviewing financial feasibility of new and existing projects, setting benchmarks on key actuarial variables, and recommend optimal solutions/actions

Review compensation or promotion of sales expenses and report profitability of the scheme

-Review and approve internal guidelines related to sales compensation structure, validate actual expenses are within guidelines.

(Business Planning)

(´ë¸®-°úÀå±Þ/Á¤±ÔÁ÷) 

Support annual business planning process through actuarial modelling with actuarial assumption review and projection of key financial variables. Analyze and monitor company profitability by channel and sponsor, plus financial feasibility of specific projects.

-Support annual business planning through Prophet modelling, projection of key financial variables including new business and solicitation cost, and providing related reports

-Review monthly business performance relative to plan, reconcile and analyze material variations in profit drivers to support management decision making

Prepare periodic earning re-forecast to support management corrective action for business

-Analyze claim experience and provide appropriate recommendation to manage mortality/morbidity gain (e.g. re-pricing, re-design, and UW limit etc.

[Experience / Knowledge / Skills]

-At least 3 years of actuarial experience

-Experience/knowledge of business planning or actuarial modelling is preferred

-Strong Actuarial science, Mathematics or statistics background

-Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, VBA

-Experience with Prophet or similar actuarial software is preferred

-Bachelor or Master degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline, with excellent academic record
