Job Description] 1. Maintain working & healthy relations with multiple unions of diverse industry (1 for Pharma, 1 for Crop Protection and 1 for Vegetable Seeds) through building trust and working professionally. 2. Be content expert in Labor related issues, key topics and constantly give support and update to relevant stakeholders. 3. Act as an expert on labor law and HR compliance matters (including the alignment of internal practices to legal developments in the country) HR policy. 4. Ensure Bayer values are held and integrated into the labor management strategies in order to create real partnerships which are fair, transparent and balanced. 5. Enhance bottom-to-top communication ensuring employee voice is heard on individual issues that cannot be represented in a collective way. 6. Manage employee relations on the respective organization assure full compliance with applicable employment legislations and internal employee regulation, and where necessary, act as mediator to manage and resolve conflicts. 7. Lead fair, productive and transparent union and employee partnerships ensuring full compliance with employment laws and where applicable - other legislations. 8. Develop labor management strategy for collective bargaining agreements negotiation, wage negotiation and other labor management activities aligned with overall business strategies of the Bayer in Korea. 9. Ensure the alignment of labor & union management strategy with global strategy and policies 10. Analyze trend and best practices in labor management and introduce/develop optimal solutions for the company 11. Support management to prepare negotiation by analyzing current collective bargaining agreements, rules of employment and raised issues and by developing proper solutions or rationales 12. Plan and arrange regular negotiation meetings between union and management 13. Arrange grievance committee and disciplinary committee and monitor / follow up the implementation of committee¡¯s conclusions 14. Handle labor related legal issues and provide interpretation of related employment legislation. Monitor change of employment legislations and provide relevant information to the management and line managers. Manage government related HR issues and be a single communication channel     [Qualifications / Requirement] Education: - University degree or equivalent, especially on Human Resources and Labor Law. - Good in written and spoken English   Skills/experiences: - Preferably Certified Labor Attorney in Korean Labor Law. - More than 10 years of experiences and proven track record in managing Labor Union relation. - Strong ability to solve problems / to prepare concepts & policies by considering the relevant strategic and operational aspects - Knowledge of the country legislation - Strategic thinking - Negotiation and conflict resolution - Communication skill - Interpersonal skill  |
