Role Summary:   In line with the principles of Bold Move 3.3 and our aim to transform our go to market model in terms of how we engage with health care professionals/consumers, a ¡®Virtual First¡¯ mindset and creation of engaging content that will create a ¡®pull¡¯ for health care professionals /consumers to our online platform is a critical factor for our future success.   The Digital Marketing Specialist in the Vaccines Business Unit is a dynamic position to play a key role in connecting evidence based, scientific content for our health care professionals and consumers to enable better disease prevention by working very closely with BU sales/marketing and enabling functions, including Digital, BA&I, Biopharm Ops and Global Digital team.  
Role Responsibilities:
Develop Vaccines BU Digital Strategy by defining HCPs/consumer digital journey   Align across HCPs/Consumer digital initiatives to create an aligned brand content strategy and roadmap, leading up to overall vaccines confidence   Lead Vaccines BU omni-channel/multi-channel vision, strategy and road maps to enhance HCPs/consumers digital experience with a sense of creativity and customer led insights   Drive Vaccines BU omni-channel/multi-channel analytics/measures on customer digital experience with customer insights, content and campaign performance& impact measurements across different channels, helping marketers to take informed decisions for targeting and promotion planning   Consult as a thought partner with marketing/medical and platform teams to support them with upskilling, data insights, and developing a strategic approach to digital content development and engagements   Identification and implementation of innovative new digital solution opportunities, which will increase quality of customer digital engagement by providing personalized contents   Partner with Pfizer Digital/BA&I/Biopharm Ops teams to identify new approaches such as data science technics and new data sources to power analytics and activation opportunities  
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor¡¯s degree or above At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing / product management is preferred Prior experience of working with Glocal framework and successful platform launches Understanding of Adobe analytics (or Google analytics) and SEO tools Strong project management, coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders. Excellent verbal & written communication skill both in English & Korean Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills Works effectively within teams and across organizations  |
