First, get a new e-mail account at hotmail.com. It's free and very convenient for the purpose of sending your resume by e-mail. Although, most of the free e-mail services such as 'daum' are reliable most of the time, they tend to malfunction occasionally.
Once you have obtained an account at hotmail.com, compose your e-mail with a simple greeting and attach your resume (which you have already prepared with a word-processing program such as Hangul, MS Word, etc.) to the e-mail by simply clincking the 'attachment button' in the menu section. The instructions are easy-to-follow through.
